L'opération de reconnaissance de Sultan : comment Epstein a cartographié un continent

Entre 2012 et 2013, Sultan Bin Sulayem sillonne l'Afrique et l'Asie centrale : Angola, Gabon, Congo, Kazakhstan. Il informe Epstein depuis des hélicoptères et des sommets énergétiques. Epstein identifie les angles financiers et demande qui appeler.

Mi-2012, le réseau avait sa méthode. Sultan Bin Sulayem se déplaçait en premier, puis informait Epstein. Epstein identifiait l'angle financier.

Juillet 2012 : Epstein à Sultan : "I hope your ramadan is easy, I can set up standard and you for ivory coast, whenever you like" (EFTA01876197-0).

Octobre 2012 : Sultan rapporte une semaine chargée à Dubaï : "we have president Maldives ,president of Rawanda president of Gabon president of Djibouti all attending a an energy summit in dubai" (EFTA01765205-1). Sultan construisait les relations.

2 novembre 2012. Wade à Epstein : "Angola is a big target for our project. Meeting with my friend the daughter of the PR 3rd week of november. If ur arround Paris or London, I can introduce u to her" (EFTA01978629-0). Trois jours plus tard, Epstein demande : "will dos cantos, be in paris on the 29th" (EFTA01765092-0). Il écrit aussi à Wade que "eike batista from brazil, richest guy thre , would like also to meet with isabel dos santos in london or paris" (EFTA01976871-0). Rien dans les archives ne confirme qu'une rencontre a eu lieu.

En mars 2013, Sultan planifie un déplacement : "17 to 20 with Shsikh Abdulla to 1. South Africa 2. Angola 3. Zambia 4. Ethiopia" (EFTA01761448-0). Deux mois plus tard, il rend compte : "Just arrived from Africa, had a great and very successful trip to Congo Kinshasa, Gabon, Rwanda. I met President Kabila and discussed port investment which he welcomes. He wants to give us investment in mining and oil and gas. I mentioned to him that I have an American fund manager who will visit with me next time" (EFTA01759560-0). Sultan rapporte aussi avoir rencontré "my friend Ali Bongo" au Gabon. Il envoie cet email à Epstein.

11 mai 2013. Sultan écrit à Epstein depuis un hélicoptère : "I am now in a helicopter flying from aktao Khazakistan to Ashgabat turkomanistan accompanying the president to inaugurate the new rail connection between china and cis countries we have signed a deal to manage the logistics China is investing $400 B to build a new industrial city on the border" (EFTA01975989-0). Epstein avait répondu plus tôt dans la matinée : "I will be with bill gates Paris , 9-10 June then free" (EFTA01975812-0).
