Deepak Chopra et le vin de la jeunesse marocaine

Le 4 août 2016, Epstein ouvrit par une question : "where is your conciosness es view on pleasure and pain / what is it, how generated etc. when are you back" (vol00009-efta00822029-pdf-0). Elle était adressée à Deepak Chopra, l'auteur de bien-être et fondateur de la Chopra Foundation.

Chopra répondit depuis un train pour la Provence. "My consciousness resides non locally in a field of infinite possibilities, occasionally drawn into the wheel if karma, bouncing between the opposites of pleasure and pain, joy and sorrow." Il cita Rumi : "Beyond all ideas of right and wrong there is a field. I will meet you there." Puis : "Right now on a train to Provence sitting next to an old woman. She has the whiff of death" (vol00009-efta00644596-pdf-0). Epstein répondit : "dont we all" (vol00009-efta00822045-pdf-0).

Le message suivant de Chopra changea de registre. "As the ocean draws nigh the smell gets strong. I'm a doctor of the soul. I diagnose through qualia, youth, vitality, exuberance, sensual sexuality, joy, sorrow death, they have different odors. Only this morning I sniffed the wine of Moroccan youth" (vol00009-efta00644596-pdf-1).

Epstein répondit : "the type of wine that does not get better with age :))" (vol00009-efta00644596-pdf-7). Chopra : "In men it can get better, for a while" (vol00009-efta00822058-pdf-0). Epstein : "i love self decetption" (vol00009-efta00822063-pdf-0). Chopra : "I said for a while. Some like it slow" (vol00009-efta00698590-pdf-0). Epstein : "and for some . slow -is their top speed" (vol00009-efta00822067-pdf-0). Chopra conclut avec un poème de Tagore sur des chansons jamais chantées et des instruments jamais correctement accordés. Epstein signa : "friends help you keep those strings in tune" (vol00009-efta00822072-pdf-0).

Les archives montrent plus qu'une connaissance passagère. En septembre 2016, Epstein écrivit à Ehud Barak : "Deepak chopra is there in aspen with you, hes very amusing and a good guy filled with troves of stories. if you see him, you might enjoy a conversation" (EFTA02451471-0). En février 2017, Epstein écrivit à Jabor Al Thani : "deepak chopra will be staying with me on sat evening sun morning in palm beach great health ideas" (EFTA02660692-0). Après le week-end, Chopra écrivit directement à Jabor : "Dear Jabor. I really enjoyed our evening together. I would like to stay in touch" (EFTA02660250-0). Epstein servait d'entremetteur entre Chopra et ses contacts du Golfe.

En août 2016, Epstein dit à Sultan Bin Sulayem : "Billy, sultan was just at chopra a place" (EFTA02454660-1). Le centre de Chopra à Carlsbad, en Californie, était une étape du circuit d'introductions d'Epstein. Ils discutaient de conscience et de plaisir. Epstein présentait Chopra à son réseau. Chopra séjournait chez Epstein.

Dix ans avant l'échange sur la jeunesse marocaine, le 3 avril 2006, Epstein avait envoyé à Nadia Marcinkova un article sur Moulay Ismaïl, "the last Sharifian Emperor of Morocco," qui "sired more than 1,000 children."
