Okey Enelamah served as Nigeria's Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment under President Muhammadu Buhari from 2015 to 2019. He appears in Epstein's archive in the Nigeria ports thread. On May 3, 2018, the day President Buhari met Trump at the White House, Enelamah stopped by Jide Zeitlin's home in Washington. He mentioned to Zeitlin his prior discussions with Sultan Bin Sulayem at Davos. Zeitlin forwarded the conversation to Epstein the same evening alongside a note that he had also spoken with Vice President Pence that day. Enelamah's presence in the chain places the Nigerian government's trade ministry in proximity to the Sultan-Zeitlin-Epstein Nigeria ports negotiation, though the archive does not document direct contact between Enelamah and Epstein.
