How are you doing?

We have been making good progress on the AIDS initiative. I have been back to Rwanda and Mozambique twice since we last talked and we are having good results in both countries. The more time I spend in Africa and in other poor countries, the clearer it becomes that effective investments in health and education are essential before they can advance.

I hope you are well. Please give my regards to Jeffrey. I look forward to hearing your thoughts about your next steps whenever you formulate them.
