Of course I want to follow the money trail (if someone helps put me on it) but I also need a parallel business platform.

There is a comparable WPP-linked advisory biz in Washington that we are checking out. It's the fifth chair at the table when businesses are organising expansion/development - their financiers, accountant, lawyer and management consultant. The fifth represents public/government dimension.
