I had supper with HBJ last Saturday and I told him that it would be very worthwhile for him to heed your advice on anything to do with strategic financial operations. Naturally I made no reference to his Euro position. Anyway, apart from a head cold, he was in terrific form as usual and told me he was flying to NYC the next day, so you may well see him. He usually bases himself at the St.Regis.

Hopefully you will make it to Marrakech later this month, it would be good to see you. I wonder if in the meantime, you could help me out with a temporary loan of 1.6m Moroccan Dirhams? This sum equates to approx 160,000 U.S. Dollars. I will be in a good position to repay it quite shortly, as I am expecting a substantial payment. However, this would be EXTREMELY appreciated right now. I am happy of course to sign a loan agreement like last time with a similar interest rate (5%).
